Dear Family and Friends,

This year, I have been given an unbelievable opportunity to be a candidate for the 2017 Student of the Year program for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. So I am writing to ask you to join the battle and help those living with blood cancers. My campaign provides an opportunity to support the critical work of LLS in fighting these diseases. I could not be more excited to make a difference in the lives of patients across the country, through raising money. My team’s goal is to raise $10,000 between January 14th and March 2nd.

When I was 22 months old, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). I went through rounds of chemo, blood transfusions, spinal taps, and many days and nights in the hospital. I had my own team for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk for several years. After finally getting well again, I started to go to school and returned to a healthy lifestyle. However, like many others, I have witnessed and experienced the effects that blood cancers can have on people; and I want to help change that. So please consider donating to this valuable cause. Please use this link to make your donation to LLS:

If you would prefer to mail your donation, please make your check payable to: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and make sure to put my name (Cattie Clifft) in the memo line. MAIL TO: 404 BNA Dr # 102, Nashville, TN 37217

The deadline for donations is on March 2, 2017. I am incredibly grateful for your support and contribution to my campaign.

Thank you!

Cattie Clifft
